Add information about mirrors in the Restore section

We already have some info on the Archive+Delete for the mirrors but it would also be good to include it in the Restore section explaining that users from Rome/Barcelona cannot restore to a mirror volume because it's not writable.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
