Merged fragment files?

Hi there! I was wondering why you removed the merge fragment file rule? I would find it quite useful for some downstream tasks to have a single fragment file for all the samples instead of the separate ones. Of course this can be implemented outside of the pipeline, but if you already have it in place, that would be nice in my opinion! 😄
