1. Clean Maven project, implement file watch such that it not requires Kota's code, implement pom-scijava as a parent.

2. Create or modify Job distributor interactively.

• GUI to add the jobs
• Loading existing JobsDistributors for files (.xml?) and modifying it interactively.
• The alternative iss to have Jobdistributors as modifiable scripts.What is better (GUI or the script)????????
• Document Anniek project as an example to extend Aotomitools for a particular project.

3. Possibility to find and test all existing Jobs:

• Which GUI will be needed?

4. Think, check and clean Plugins menu structure in Fiji.

5. Inspect the possibility to build custom image analysis using Groovy (or Jython in Fiji).
